Party Wall
Party Wall etc. Act 1996 is a peculiar beast or more so are the people who are involved in governing the process. They do not need to be anything but not a party to the project. There are no standards, no professional institutions no governing bodies to regulate the profession and the people involved. There are makeshift clubs and membership organisations and they themselves are not regulated. No wonder it is not perceived as a particularly honest profession, especially given, that these people possess the power of a judge with no associated liability or requirement to justify their actions.
We hope you will find the information simple enough to help you make your mind up and start the process well.

Structural Engineer
Structural Engineers or more broadly Civil Enigneers are the backbone of all buildings and structures you interact with on a daily basis. Whether that is your house where you feel safe during stormy weather, a road, a bridge, a tunnel or a sewer system. They deliver and care for your safety and well-being and do not require accolades and being in the spotlight to do so. Their work impacts many lives on the local (Buildings) and global (Infrastructure) spectrum.

Architect
The term "ARCHITECT" is a legally protected title. So if you want to make sure you deal with an ARCHITECT you will need to go and check if they are registered with the Architects Registration Board. Albeit the name is protected the profession is not so many can claim that they can design but few, including Architects, can call themselves Principal Designers. We can!
We are not Architects we consider ourselves Master Engineers, we are registered with the Engineering Council and we are the bridge between pragmatic, legal, functional and artistic - striking a balance between a dreamy "Parti" and visionary Engineering.
